How to find the Assembly Sequence in the Assembly Navigator

asked in NX Design Forum by (300 points)

Hello Friends

Nx Version : Nx 9 / Nx 11 both Teamcenter Integerated.

Nx Module : Assembly

I need to find which part is first assembled (Or Fully constrained) in the assembly then next part, then next next part.

For example : If a truck is assembled then first chasis is assembled, second engine is assembled, third gear box is assembled like that.

Is there any way to find the sequence of assembly i.e., which is assembled first and which is assembled last.

Regards

thilag

Good night.

If you use SEQUENCE in the ASSEMBLIES tab, you will turn off the constraints with the ARRANGEMENTS command when creating a new one and you can use this setting in SEQUENCE.

With this feature you can do an "Animation" showing how would be the assembly and disassembly of these subassemblies.
